Sixteen and Counting

In 2011, the Baby Brigade had thirteen babies. Between the end of the year and now we’ve had the privilege of watching our second generation of members being born and just recently welcomed our sixteenth child! There are still three more on the way and we can’t wait to meet them all! Carter and I had the chance to meet sweet baby Adam the other week and bring mommy Nancy some dinner to help make things a little easier for them. Big Brother Dylan was spending the day with his grandparents, but that didn’t stop C from making a mess of his playroom and going through all his toys! Adam was so alert and seemed to enjoy the attention from the big boy. A has a full head of dark hair and beautiful chocolate eyes and was so tiny compared to Carter playing next to him. I really enjoyed snuggling such a tiny baby and spending time catching up with Nancy. So far all the mommies have made having their second baby look so easy and it really is starting to change my mind about C being an only child…!!

By the time this post goes live we will have gotten to meet another new BB member- Madeleine’s baby brother Hayes who was born just a few days after Adam and hopefully our seventeenth member will have made her debut- Macey’s baby sister who is due any day now!
