A New Foster

Sweet Dr. Who came to the Humane Society with a necrotic stump of a tail. We have no idea what happened to this poor boy's rear end but he needed to have the entire thing amputated. I warned my director that he might not be able to be with us for long because his long coat was stirring up my allergies but in the meantime, he made himself comfortable down in the kitten room.

Brick Fest and Batman

While I was away Lincoln met up with the Gordons at the Lego Brick Fest

Carter also got to go see the Lego Batman movie for Cooper's birthday

Alex's Birthday Weekend

All loaded up and headed to Amelia Island!

Kristin and I decided a sister trip away was the perfect way to celebrate Alex turning 30!

We rented a great room at the Omni Amelia Island and stayed the whole weekend

Jess Laux had used a wonderful sitter for Lucy at her wedding and we saved

her phone number so we could sneak away for an adults only dinner!

We had cocktails at the Harbour Town Golf Club and then dinner at CQ's
