Zoo Atlanta

 

We joined Nicholas, Harrison, and mama Krissy for a day at the zoo!

Tennis Lessons

On Fridays Carter takes tennis lessons in the neighborhood. It is adorable to see all these tiny kids running around and trying to make contact with the ball. Coach AJ is fabulous with the kids and everyone has a great time on the court.

Outside Reno

One of the projects we knew we wanted to do when we moved in was build a fire pit. It took more than a year to get started but it came out exactly as I had envisioned. The mini house also got a facelift and some landscaping and planting is on the schedule to get started soon!

April Happenings

The last day of the paci!! We gave it up cold turkey in April after Nolan’s dental check up.

Loose Teeth and Painting

Carter lost his second tooth on April 8th and wrote the tooth fairy an adorable note!

The best we can seem to do these days is 10 out of 16 but it is an awesome night when most of the mommies of the Baby Brigade can escape for a few hours!! This particular night we were celebrating Katie’s birthday and enjoyed some incredibly yummy cocktails and Mexican cuisine!

The Art Barn

The Baby Brigade returned to the Art Barn in April for a fun day at the farm!

Touch a Truck

Every spring our county hosts a mini touch a truck in order for the kids to see different county vehicles. From swat trucks to police cars to cherry picker electrician trucks- the kids get to see it all! We had lunch with our buddies before walking 12 kids across the street to the library parking lot! It was quite the endeavor with no sidewalks but everyone made it safely across and had a great time!

Easter Sunday

Poppy hosted us at JCUMC for Easter Sunday. We listened to a wonderful sermon, spent some time with Hattie in the memorial garden, and then returned home for a scavenger hunt and delicious meal with family.

Poppy made a great scavenger hunt in order for the boys to find their Easter baskets.

It was such a special day surrounded by family <3
