Checking out Tun Fun (indoor playground) and we were trapped inside for hours for torential downpours! Finally decided to bike home and I could barely see it was raining so hard!

School is right around the corner so we decided it was time to get cleaned up and get haircuts. I found a studio called Cut the Crap and we headed over for the boys first Dutch haircuts! Afterward they cooled off in the fountains and a lady from the food store came around with popsicles! Such a fun summer day!

Tucked behind the buildings you find the most gorgeous gardens! The gates aren’t always open, but when they are you have to sneak inside and check it out! This particluar garden dates back to 1667 and the buildings have always been used to house young single women. It gave them a safe place to live within the bustling city!

We said goodbye to our cousins and headed to Cologne so Lincoln could attend GamesCon. We had a little bit of time as a family to explore and then I took the boys to the zoo.
We only had one day in Cologne and we certainly made the most of it!! These boys were amazing and did such a great job covering ground. They both passed out on the train coming home and I don’t blame them!
