Happy Birthday!

At 5:59 p.m. on August 7th, my best friend Courtney and her husband Kyle welcomed their daughter Leighton Cherry Mayfield into the world! After staying put an extra four days and twelve hours of labor later, Leighton finally made her debut! Thankfully for Courtney (and baby) there were no complications during labor. Leighton came out weighing 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and was 20 inches long. She has her momma's adorable dimples and looks just like a tiny baby doll!
