The Stockings Were Hung

It seems like every year I use that title because it just fits so perfectly! It took me a lot longer to decorate this year than previous Christmases because Carter is a bit more needy these days! I can’t turn my head away from him for a second and finding time when I have both hands free is rare. Every year I decorate pretty similarly but one great change was adding another stocking to our mantel! Carter got a monogrammed train stocking with a matching hanger and it fits so perfectly snuggled between all the others. I also added some hay to the nativity scene and added lights every place I could put them!
